So guys, its the weekend before... this time next week it'll have all kicked-off :-) the Nats are coming up..v quickly!
This isn't a preview of any kind, that'll come later in the week... so if you're not going, 'cus your saving yourself for the worlds or you just dont do this kinda thing, then remember to tune into the web site every day, 'cus technology willing, they'll be a brief AUDIO review of each days proceedings for the whole week...and then for the whole of the next week from the worlds in Cork - it'll almost feel like you're there with us :-)
