Why do I bother...?
So, After over a year of peaceful blogging, putting up posts, increasing the "viewers" and hopefully doing a good thing for sailing, ent sailing, me and james and you guys, some guy from the otherside of the world who has possible links with someone over here in our little "community" has been posting crap...not nice crap, so it is all gone bad...spoilt a bit...and i'm pissed..
Right, the "message board" has gone 'cus of these messages and I just can't moderate it quick enough.... it may be back 1 day, we shall have to see.. sorry guys..
Secondly, I know it wasnt used that much, but the ability to comment about anything i've put (posts) has also been removed.. I deleted the offending comment that was added this morning by "our resident toss-pot" and have restricted the adding of comments to only be allowed by "members" of the website/blog.
So, guys, I'm really keen for SoulSailor and the SoulSailor Racing Association websites to be interactive to have my thoughts and your thoughts... for the SRA one, contributing is only allowed by proper members of the racing association, I can moderate that ok... for this one, well its open to all you guys, as long as I know you (and can kick you if you don't keep the soulsailor karma), so if you want to have the ability to comment on what I am saying on the site, or indeed if you fancy putting your own posts up on the site, then feel free to email me, we can discuss and I can get you set-up... I'm in the process of creating a "User Guide" for you guys who want to add your own posts to either site, to take you through the whole process, registering, logging in and posting your thoughts... so I can make that available to whoever needs it...
If you can't be bothered with all this registering lark and stuff, feel free to email me with your thoughts and comments etc and i'll put 'em up on the site for you (nice guy hey?).
Sorry about the miserable nature of this post, but hey isnt it always the way, one stupid tosser spoiling it for a whole host of groovy Soulsailors...
