Cadets experiment with new starting procedure

OK, this isn't sonme funny article, this is a good example of people working together to improve our sport and the rules that govern it. It appears that the Cadets have been experimenting with new starting procedure and although its not clear whether this has actaully occured or is going to occur soon, but it'll be interesting to see what effect this has... if any of you out there hear of any other ways that the sport is being improved from the inside let us know. You never know when something might crop up for the benefit of us Ent yachters..
