Well it was meant to be a good sail at Notts County SC this weekend (Sat) @ the Enterprise Open, I like sailing there...
It was on the Calendar, James agreed we were doing it, I was psyched for it...
I rang him up tonight, he had a good holiday, he asked when we were sailing again, this weekend I said.. oh he said..
From that point it was game over wasn't it, the next time he was planning to sail the Ent, I think, is September, two months away, end of the season.....game over...
Oh yeh by the way isn't it slightly poignant that this post was my 500th?

Looks like you need to make other arrangments if you're going to race an Enterprise; Like another boat and another crew!
I too was hoping to race at Nottingham as there is a Dart open at our club and I wanted to get racing. But it seems that in order to keep the peace at home I need to 'just go sailing'.
Oh dear. How disappointing. Could you race your dad's Solo?
Solo is part of the plan for "club racing"
Miracle is currently in the plan for sailing with the kids and maybe some events,
BUT I MISS ENTERPRISE RACING (and the social)....
