Join the "SoulSailor Racing Association"

So, between the gusts, the lulls, the racing, the chilli, the beer and driving home knackered yesterday, me ol' budski James came up with a top idea...

We and I am sure quite a few others belong to some sailing club that we dont actually ever sail at, we shell out cash, we get forced into doing duties all because the Ent Association rules state that in order to race you have to be a member of an RYA affiliated club....

So, lets create a club - "SoulSailor Racing Association" that is affiliated with the RYA, that has a nominal membership fee, a proper constitution i.e. commodore, vice commodore and all the committee members we need and could shake a jib stick at and only the meetings and responsibilities we need to be a proper club...

The purpose would be to offer a "home" for those Enterprise sailors (and other classes??) who need to feel loved and have a sense of belonging in order to race every weekend and don't want to join some expensive club just for the pleasure of writing the club name on the entry form...

So the next step is to see who is actually interested, it won't work if there's just 2 members, me and James..
