Well, the decision has been made, we can't be "soulsailored" with lodging an appeal about the "Brookvale Decision", we certainly would have agreed with a seek for redress from the "injured party", but, seeing as the result didn't affect our double-chine result, then why bother with the hassle...
Retribution for 2, two, open meeting wins snatched from our grips (Barnt Green and Brookvale) for bad protest committee decisions will be had next year...
Don't forget, its not about the winning, its about keeping the Soul in Sailing...
